My name is Rob Macon. I'm running for a seat on the Local Station Board (LSB) at KPFK-FM Radio. I believe KPFK is the last of a dying breed of Free Speech Radio.
With my experience and expertise I can help assure the Pacifica Foundation, KPFK and the communities at large the station will continue to be solvent, to uphold its mission, develop new programs in the best interest of its current listeners and a new younger generation of supporters, plus help increase the station's involvement and visibility in all possible communities.
Once as an operations manager of a non-profit radio station in St. Louis, Missouri, I helped to beat overwhelmingly all challenges KBDY was facing during that time. So I know how to bring a station like KPFK into becoming the most outstanding radio station of its kind. I need your help to see that its done. Thank you for your support.

Me llamo Rob Macon.
