<description>Aaron Fan endorses only one Concerned Listeners candidate, &lt;b&gt;ANTONIO MEDRANO&lt;/b&gt;. Why? Because most of the Concerned Listeners slate has not bothered to learn much about KPFA. Try listening to the archived on-air forums, and it's obvious. Also Aaron Fan does not recommend most incumbents. Sherry Gendelman is the only one on the Concerned Listener slate who knows much about KPFA, but she's been doing KPFA governance into to the previous millennium. And where has she taken us?

Aaron Fan endorses Medrano with reservations, because his cited credentials are exclusively based on activist experience, not governance experience. But Aaron Fan sees that Medrano is retired and can devote time to learn the job; his activism proves he has the energy. Aaron Fan ranks Medrano as the only worthy Concerned Listener, but still does not rank him too highly.
