Pacifica Bylaws Article Three Section 7 provides that "For the purpose of any election or written ballot, a quorum of the Listener Sponsor Members shall be ten percent (10%) of those Listener Sponsor Members entitled to vote on the matter as of the applicable record date." WPFW membership of approximately 13,500 Listener Sponsors required return of 1350 ballots. Only about 1050 were returned. Read More
