Exciting opportunity for Financial Analyst /CPA in Pacifica's Finance Office
in Berkeley California.
Major Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer
Monitors established internal controls to assure proper compliance with FASB
and Network accounting protocols.
- Assists CFO in the preparation of the annual budget:
- Review compilation of data based on statistical studies and analyses of
historical and current financial information to ensure proper budget preparation.
- Reviews monthly consolidated financial closing statements for all stations
to insure accuracy and consistency between the GL. Balance Sheet and the Income
Statement.
- Audits the records of subsidiary stations to assure accuracy and compliance
with established accounting principles and procedures
- Complies and analyzes financial information to prepare reports to summarize
current and projected financial position of the Foundation's network.
- Prepares schedules to provide external auditors the financial audit
