A PNB task force is different than a PNB committee.  Its membership need not be restricted to individuals appointed by the PNB or by an LSB.  Quorum rules and the rule of equal representation from station areas need not apply.  A task force may be a working group directly advisory to management or governance without any delegated governance authority, or it may be empowered by the PNB to study issues, make reports, and propose motions for PNB consideration.
