Notes for Personnel Committee Meeting

Personnel Committee responsibilities and duties:

On 4 June, 2009, Personnel Committee met and interviewed via
teleconference five of the six ED applicants and all four of the CFO
applicants.   Personnel Committee will continue to review applicants of
semifinalists for both ED and CFO positions for recommendations to full
PNB.

Regarding sending semifinalist resumes to the full PNB:

Personnel Committee will continue with our current process and will
abide by the ruling of the interim HR Director.  We will continue to
narrow down the field of applicants for ED and CFO and present our final
selections to the full PNB.

Resumes for our final selections shall be presented along with the
resumes of those declined, in hard copy, to the full PNB at NY in person
PNB meeting.
