Pacifica National Board A PNB Finance Committee meeting by teleconference scheduled for August 27, 2004 was cancelled due to an inability to establish a public webstream. When the committee re-convened on September 3, 2004, public webstreaming was still not available, so the members voted to meet in closed session.
