Fundraising and Contract

That the PNB authorize one day of fundraising on all 5 stations to raise revenue to fund Radio for Peace International's (RFPI) return to the air, in exchange for which we will contract with RFPI for RFPI to broadcast a Pacifica stream via shortwave radio. A contract with RFPI will be established before conducting the national day of fundraising.
